Keep sensitive information private
A full generated list is usually unnecessary to describe a problem. Do not send passwords, private lists, student information, medical details or other sensitive data. Include only what is needed to explain your request.

A report can help identify a correction or clarify how the tool works. Further relevant details may be needed to understand the issue. No fixed response time is promised.
